Ibenia Store Selling Terms And Conditions

    Ibenia is a global online marketplace for emerging and established businesses, artists and artisans. Ibenia offers Business Owners, Artists and Artisans a fully manageable online store that will increase sales revenue and establish a global online presence.

    There is a minimal joining fee but there is no listing fees nor exclusivity requirements when you have a Store on Ibenia. We take a commission from the retail price of each item sold, with the Ibenia Store Business Owner receiving the remaining balance of the sale via Paypal.

    Ibenia Store owners will receive increased global press coverage as Ibenia works closely with the press. We will additionally promote Business Owners, Artists and Artisans products via featured stories on Ibenia and social media. Our goal is for our Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans on our marketplace to increase visibility globally and gain exposure to new worldwide customers.


 

Consent To Sell

    By using the Ibenia website and listing your products you agree to sell and ship the purchased item subject to Ibenia terms and conditions.

    You, the Ibenia Store Business Owner consent that Ibenia can sell your products online on your behalf from the Ibenia online website.

    You, the Ibenia Store Business Owner agree that all transactions entered into will be completed.


 

Pricing

    All Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans products should be priced in US Dollar. Please use XE exchange rates  http://www.xe.com/ if you need to  convert your currency to US Dollar.

    Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans working with Ibenia set their own pricing for their products inclusive of taxes, shipping costs and Ibenia commission.

    Prices on your Ibenia store should remain below the pricee when selling from your own online or physical store.

    Ibenia reserves the right to remove any listing where products are listed at a higher price than other e retail websites or physical stores at any time.


 

Descriptions

    Ibenia requires all Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans to have adequate written descriptions with their products that accurately describe in detail their products.


 

Product Images

    Ibenia require 3-6 product images including detail shots of each product.

    Only high quality images can be accepted for use on the Ibenia website.

    As a highly styled focused website Ibenia would require all images to be of a high standard, taken close enough for the customers to clearly see the product. It is a very important section of the site and is the main selling window for your product.

    All new Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans would be required to email sample product images of one of your products to us for approval before product images go live.


 

Product Availability

    Products on the Ibenia website must be in stock and available for purchase from you the Ibenia Store Business Owner at the time of listing. If the item is not available at time of listing then your product cannot be listed.

    If for any reason including holidays, the Ibenia Store Business Owner is unable to complete orders within 48 hours of receiving a customer order the items for sale must be disabled by activating vacation mode in settings on your Ibenia Store dashboard.

    Items advertised for sale on the Ibenia website should be available in the correct size and color shown. Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans should check stock availability regularly to minimise customers ordering items that are not available.

    Products Made to Order: Customers must be made aware on the Product Short Description displayed on the Product Page that the product is Made to Order. Customers must be informed on the products short description how long it will take to complete their Made to Order product. You should try and have Made to Order product ready for despatch between 3 to 4 weeks from the start of the order.


 

Orders / Shipping

    Ibenia Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans offer their customers global delivery for all products purchased on Ibenia.

    The cost of returning the item to the Ibenia Store owner is the customer’s responsibility. Any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

    Ibenia will collate all orders and submit them to the Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans live automatically by email. Once the Ibenia Store owner receives an order it will be shipped directly from the Ibenia Store Business Owner to the customer, the order should be fulfilled within a 48 hour period. Its always best if you try to fulfill orders on the day they are received.

    When Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans are fulfilling orders from the Ibenia website it is imperative that your products are in immaculate condition and sent using good quality packaging.

    Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans are responsible for delivery to customers who have purchased a product, making sure that they send it to the correct name and address on the order.

    Customer satisfaction is paramount as it is very important that the customer has a pleasant experience. If for any reason difficulties arise while dealing with any order it is important that you communicate speedily with Ibenia or the customer and keep Ibenia up to date with any issues. Always double check the product sku, product size, color and customer address on the order email before sending out orders.

    Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans must insure that all parcels are trackable and insured.

    All prices should be stated in US Dollar.


 

Customer Service And Satisfaction

    Ibenia requires your products packaging to be of good quality and presented to a high standard.

    Ibenia reserves the right to suspend any listings at our discretion including but not restricted to:

    If you the Ibenia Store Business Owner are selling products we consider not in line with products sold on the Ibenia website.

    Failure to respond and deal with a customer’s complaints satisfactory


 

Ibenia Transactions

    Ibenia is a marketplace for customers and Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans to connect with each other. We provide a marketplace for customers to enter into smooth straightforward transactions directly with the Ibenia Store Business Owner, we therefore are not an online retailer.

    All orders placed on the Ibenia website are forwarded to the Ibenia Store Business Owner live automatically by email.

    An Ibenia Store Business Owner on the Ibenia website is entering into an exclusive agreement with the customer when the customer is making an order through the Ibenia website.


 

Ibenia Payments To Ibenia Store Business Owners

    Ibenia connects the Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans directly to the Ibenia customers who rely’s on Ibenia to edit for them and showcase a carefully curated selection of Ibenia Store owner’s products. Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans also benefit from Ibenia’s press, social media channels and features on our different channels. Ibenia takes a commission from the retail price of each item sold and not returned or refunded through the Ibenia website.  Ibenia pays the Ibenia Store Business Owner the balance of all sales via Paypal. Ibenia reserves the right to change its commission rates at any time giving the Ibenia Store Business Owner prior written notice.

    Ibenia uses Paypal payment gateway for payments for customers and Ibenia Store Business Owners. Paypal charges both the Ibenia Store owner and Ibenia 3.4% on all sales for using their payment gateway.

    Payments to Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans are sent immediately by Paypal after each delivered sale to Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans Paypal accounts.

    Ibenia has no exclusivity contracts or listing fees.

    You will require a Paypal account to receive payments. Should you not have a Paypal account please open one at paypal.com.


 

Returns

    If a customer is not entirely happy with their purchase for any reason, the customer would have to notify Ibenia within 48 hours of receiving the item and we would issue them with a Return Code. Ibenia would then notify the Ibenia Store Business Owner of the return.

    Ibenia offer up to 14 days to return the item from when the customer receives their Return Code.

    The cost of returning the item to the Ibenia Store Business Owner is the customer’s responsibility.

    Any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.


 

Termination

    Ibenia reserves the right to terminate its association between Ibenia and the Ibenia Store Business Owner immediately terminating any sales rights on the Ibenia website at any time for any reason including but not limited to: Ibenia Store Business Owners, Artists and Artisans non compliance to any one of the Ibenia’s terms and conditions.
